Document Requirements
- Security Deposit: May be required based on customer profile and rental tenure.
- At Booking, you must provide a photo, passport copy, visa/national ID, and driving license (Indian/International).
- Original documents must be shown upon vehicle delivery.
Delivery & Pickup
- First-Time Customers: Vehicles are delivered to your home or airport. Full payment is required in advance.
- Existing Customers: Vehicles can be delivered to your chosen location (home, airport, etc.).
Delivery Charges
- CIAL (Cochin International Airport): Rs 1500 (delivery), Rs 1200 (return) + fuel
- TRV (Trivandrum International Airport): Rs 1500 (delivery), Rs 1200 (return) + fuel
- CCJ (Calicut International Airport): Rs 2500 (delivery), Rs 1500 (return) + fuel
Rental Charges
Rentals are charged on a daily basis (24 hours). Rates may change, please check our tariff page for details.
Mileage Restrictions
- Monthly Rentals: 100 km/day
- Short-Term Rentals: 200 km/day
Extra kilometers over the rental period are chargeable. Please refer to the tariff page for specific rates. A minimum billing of one day is mandatory, even if the rental period is less than 24 hours.
Eligibility
- Citizens of India: Must hold a valid driving license as per the Motor Vehicles Act, 1968, and be of sound mind.
- Foreigners: Must have a valid international license, passport, and visa.
Documents/Details to Be Submitted
- True self-attested copy of driving license.
- True self-attested copy of Election ID/Aadhar Card/Passport/Visa (for foreign customers).
- Deposit as per vehicle specifications, refundable after vehicle return, subject to deductions for any charges.
Over Speeding Charges
- Speed 90-150 km/hr: Rs 2500
- Speed over 150 km/hr: Rs 4000
Payment Policy
- Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, or cash.
- Late payments may incur additional charges and legal action for defaults.
- Full payment is required before the ride starts.
Accidents and Damage
Quick Drive provides liability insurance. If repairs are less than Rs 30,000, the customer bears the full cost. For repairs over Rs 30,000, the customer must provide an FIR, original driving license, and ID for insurance claims.
- Major Accidents: The customer will be liable to pay the claim charge and 90% of the rental fee until repairs are completed.
- Negligence or Violation: Customers may be liable for all damages.
- Collision Costs: Customers must pay up to Rs 2000 for accident insurance and repair costs, which will be deducted from the security deposit.
Towing and Confiscation
Costs due to the member's non-compliance are the member's responsibility. Quick Drive covers towing and confiscation charges due to technical issues.
Membership Agreement
By starting a membership, you agree to all terms and are liable for all charges, including any future modifications to policies. Changes will be reflected on the website or communicated via email.
Vehicle Care
Keep the vehicle clean; no smoking or littering is allowed inside the vehicle.
Undertaking Letter
All members must sign an undertaking letter detailing the deposit, rent, time, and damages before taking possession of the vehicle.
